Super friendly and helpful staff. They towed my car from home, explained the damage they found, and even let me come see it once they got into it. The repair took a bit longer than expected but only because they're thorough. Josh and Marc were really helpful with any questions that I had, and made the process super easy. I got my car back and found an unexpected gas gauge issue caused by the accident it was in. The same day I called, they made time for me to come get it checked out. They did a really good job and it's hard to tell it was ever in an accident 👍

I was not familiar with Julie’s before the accident. I was a little concerned because I thought maybe the shop could not handle the Lexus due to all the safety features on the vehicle. But these guys really did a great job. They inspected the car at intake and answered all my questions. They reached out everyday to give us updates. The repairs were done quickly and the car looks great. I will recommend Jules to anyone who wants a pain free process to auto body repair.

Highly recommend! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible. They did a great job fixing our car, and it looks just as good as when it came off the lot. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong.

This place is amazing!! Was able to fix my scion perfectly! We only wanted a simple frame fix it was moved over about 6 INCHES! It was so bad!!! But they were able to fix it!!! (taking care of the rest later on bc it’s still drivable!) and they were able to do just what we wanted which was frame! My car was super damaged so it did take some time to fix about a week in a half but overall great customer service, amazing before/after and the staff is so nice and respectful! 1000/10 recommend this business! 😊
