Jules Car Wash - Fishhawk

Do NOT use this car wash. We took our 2016 Acura MDX throught it on Sunday Nov 23 and their nozzles damaged the paint in 2 spots on the front of our hood. We were told this happens alot there & they do not cover damage on vehicles older than 5 years old. They didn't even offer to credit the car wash. We are not happy with the service. We hope they reach out to make this issue right.

This is without question, by-far, hands-down the best car wash I have ever been to. Full service is FULL SERVICE. These people work hard here.

I get my work truck cleaned here at least once per week. The entire staff always pays crazy good attention to it as it has multiple antennas and light bar. Because of this they have to adjust the tunnel to make sure that it does not damage the truck. Then when it comes to the drying and interior they are second to none. My truck is always given back to me looking like it just came off the show room floor. The group here led by the incredible Lexi who always has a smile on her face and bounce in her step are the reason that i keep coming back week after week. In all my trips to this location i have only ever had 1 instance in which my wifes car did not come out as i would have expected. Big fan of this car wash!!! Always greeted with a smile and the hand drying is a nice touch (no pun intended). Vacuum stations are very nice and offers towels, all purpose cleaner, window spray. Pressure washing windshield and tires before going through the car wash. I love supporting small businesses and this one is doing it right!

Every time we’ve come to Jules we have felt very well taken care of by their employees. They are very thorough and attentive. Even coming to ask if I needed help figuring out how to remove and wash my floor mats. I don’t go anywhere else!
