Would NOT recommend. I took my car to them the week before Thanksgiving to have the water pump replaced. It’s now January 16, I was told my car was done today. I went to pick it up, I had my car back for 10 minutes and every bit of the water leaked out of it. They didn’t even use anti freeze in the middle of winter. Not to mention I was charged $1,000 more than what was quoted. This shop is not owned by the Jumper family anymore and if I had known that before, I wouldn’t have used this shop. Sitting here now, watching them add more water to my car to see if they can figure out where it’s leaking from. The Conclusion he came to: blown head gasket which it was not when my car was dropped off here. Again, I strongly urge against using this business

I was tired of being ripped off by mechanics. Shared how I felt with Mr. JUMPER and he assured me he could get the job done at a good price. He meant every word and followed through. If you want an honest mechanic let me do you the favor and tell you there is no need to look further. I will be a permanent customer and highly recommend him.

Mr Jumper is always kind and friendly, And does what he can to keep your vehicle running at a fair price. He doesn't add on issues to your vehicle that is not there. I don't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Mr Willie Jumper for all your vehicle needs

Absolutely wonderful people and wonderful service. Went in for an inspection and had to drive 1.5 hours, but they were honest and even went beyond what they were supposed to do. Tosha was a joy to speak with while I waited. Really good people and a good business all around.

I don’t take my car no where else but to Mr. Jumper. His reasonable and my car is always fixed…
