Tom and Jim are fantastic! It is rare to find such an honest and reasonably priced auto repair shop with highly trained mechanics. I rarely give a 5 Star rating to a business but these guys deserve it. They do excellent work, offer fantastic customer service are trustworthy and fair. This place was recommended to me as the place to go for any car needs- good, knowledgeable, and honest people running the shop. My car needed the rear shocks replaced, my exhaust looked into, my front tires replaced, and an alignment done and a few other things. I divided the tasks into two trips. Tom was very thorough in explaining to me what he was finding and guided me on what options were available. On the first trip I only replaced the tires and got my exhaust issue fixed. After some time, my front right tire was leaking air when it got too cold. The tire needed to be re-sealed and Tom took care of it without a hassle. I've been taking my car here for a few times recently but it has been some of the most honest and best service I've had on my 11 year old Honda Civic. Tommy is a great mechanic and he workers do a great job on your car. Be sure to call about 1-2 weeks ahead of when you want your car to be worked on because they have a slight backlog of cars.

This is a truely honest shop. My son brokedown near their location and we had to leave the vehicle. They were honest enough to tell me not to try and fix it, as it was not worth repairing. They went way out of their way to help us take care of the vehicle. They are one of the most honest businesses that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Junction Automotive!

By far the most honest, helpful, and generous mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of working with. You'll need to call in advance by a week or two, but if you can afford the time, you won't find a better place to take your car
