Junction Tire of Cloquet

I want to start this by saying that the staff were very friendly and helpful but the service itself was lacking. I came in for an alignment and noticed that my steering wheel was not straight afterwards. I then came back the next day after work to have them fix it. They took it back and told me to drive it and let them know how it was when they were done. It was still not straight after I left, so I came back right away. They asked me which way the wheel needed to be adjusted and then attempted to straighten it again. I did notice that they didn't seem to test drive it either time that day, but I may have missed that. I left again and it was still off in the same position. At this point, it was almost their closing time and I had things to do, so I went home. I did call a couple days later

Stopped here because I had a low tire. The Circle K next door has an air hose, but it was not functioning. I asked them if I could just get some air in my tire so that I could make it to a Doctor appointment. The guy said, "Not today." I replied, "Not even just some air?" He responded, "Nope." I saw multiple guys just standing around in the shop area. Will not be patronizing this place ever in the future.

We were driving through about half way on our trip and called to see if we could get a quick tire balancing done and they were able to squeeze us in and out in 30 mins and also pointed out some issues down the line but said it wasn't detrimental. Excellent customer service!!!

Highly recommend this shop! They squeezed us in on a whim as we were passing thru town, and on the verge of breaking down! They diagnosed the issue fast, and assured us they would have us back on the road in two hours. And they did just that! :) Very friendly manager, and very knowledgeable technicians who pitched in to get this done last minute before closing up shop for the weekend. Five stars for their service and willingness to help. We appreciate you all!
