I experienced the worst customer service there is with this agency. As I called about a legitimate concern on my policy— staff was extremely unprofessional, refused to listen, spoke over me several times, laughed, had side conversations and then hanged up on me as the clock hit 5pm. They did not follow through with removing a vehicle from my policy which I called several months ago. This is the first time I have an issue with them after being with them for quite some time. However, I learned that once you have an issue they will not take responsibility and/or provide any assistance/customer service. I advise to seek business elsewhere. Disclaimer: I am not one to write negative reviews, however, given my terrible experience, I felt the need to warn others.

I have done business with Juniata Insurance for many years. When my Daughter finally was blessed with a car, I said to her she can shop all she wants for rates but the best rates and explanations of coverage will be with Juniata Insurance. Finally, my Daughter and I went to Juniata,s office and my Daughter walked out with her insurance documents in-hand and her coverage was in place with the best price. Thank you, once again, Juniata Insurance for a job well-done!!

I came in to get insurance, ended the trip with you saying to me “my son is a cop and takes peoples cars if they don't have insurance because its state law” thanks Captain Obvious, why do you think I came in for???

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and I drive over an hour to get to them. You will simply not find better service or a better attitude anywhere.
