I visited this mechanic shop hoping for a simple repair, but instead, I was subjected to disgusting and inappropriate behavior from one of the mechanics. From the moment I walked in, he made lewd comments about my appearance, stood uncomfortably close, and even "accidentally" brushed against me multiple times. When I asked him to stop, he laughed it off like it was a joke. I felt unsafe and disrespected—no one should have to endure harassment when seeking a professional service. His behavior was predatory and completely unprofessional. I left immediately and will never return. To make matters worse, the shop owner dismissed my concerns when I called to complain, implying I was "overreacting." This tells me they have no respect for customers, especially women. Avoid this place at all cost

Derek changed a transfer casing and brake pads on my 2008 BMW X3. He explained, step by step, the details of the repair that was needed. Derek and his staff did an excellent repair job, and the price was reasonable. I will be taking my car back for service.

Great experience! Derrick was so great and I love how he explained everything beforehand and showed me the parts that he was talking about. He got my car fixed up asap and kept me informed about what was going on. I know nothing about cars so I am always worried about being taken advantage of and Derrick went out of his way to be transparent, informative, and patient. The pricing was fair and he was straightforward about everything. I appreciate the great work he did and I will definitely come back for any future needs my car has.
