Review for Jurassic Auto Sales, LLC I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Jurassic Auto Sales, LLC. I recently bought a used car from them, and within 20 days it completely broke down, leaving me with an unreliable vehicle and unexpected expenses. Despite the clear issues, Jurassic Auto Sales refused to take responsibility or stand behind their sale, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism and integrity. Our warranty company refused to cover the repairs based on the extensive damage that they challenged the dealerships’ knowledge of the engine malfunctions. The staff are incredible people. Everybody there is very friendly, easy to talk to, and not your typical “pushy salesman.” I worked mostly with Carlo, who talked to me and my friends for many hours, over multiple days, about getting a deal done on car. He went out of his way to work with me and my unpredictable work schedule, and bank situation. I bank with Navy Fed, which isn’t very typical and he was willing to drive me to downtown Cleveland so I could pull cash because no other option was working. You won’t find a friendlier and more helpful group of people anywhere. 5 stars isn’t enough and I would highly recommend doing business with them.

These guys are awesome, brandon worked with me patiently. I was without a car and he took the car i had in mind to my mechanic 35 minutes away and after I spoke to my mechanic I found out it needed rear brakes and Brandon gave me free pads and rotors. He was extremely patient and honest with me. Please give them a chance. I didn't think i was ever going to get approved through any dealership but they took a chance on me. Best used car dealership out there. Please give them a visit you won't be sorry.
