We'd been getting our oil changed at this location for the past several years. I stopped by a different place recently because I needed more than an oil change and we realized Just 7 had not been changing the oil filter when changing the oil. So for the past 2 or 3 oil changes at least, the filter has not been changed. As a result, there were a ton of broken pieces because of the disintegration, and they had to vacuum it out, with several people trying to help. We were shocked to find this out because the employees at Just 7 had always been nice to us and we never realized there was an issue. Because of this, we've had ongoing issues with clogged filters (despite changing them out several times) because we cannot get all of the tiny pieces that disintegrated from the filter that was in the

I do NOT recommend getting your oil change or inspection done here. I got my oil changed here a few months ago and have discovered they completely stripped the screws holding in the plastic shield under the engine, making it impossible to access now. I also had my inspection done here. I’d seen reviews saying they overcharged on the inspection and ignored them at the time. However, I believe they overcharged for my inspection - they rung up the charges extremely fast and did not provide an itemized receipt explaining the charges.

I checked and wiped my oil stick before and after the oil change. It’s been a few weeks since the oil change and my car is still running great. I’d say they did a good job.
