I hit a semi tire tread on the highway just outside of Snowville. It caught on the skid plate access door under the car, pulling it open and bending it backwards - causing it to drag/scrape on the ground. Called Just a Duck and they said they could help. Aaron was awesome. Brought out a floor jack, lifted the car up, and slid himself under. He repaired/closed up the skid plate in less than 5 mins. Didn't even charge me for his time! Great guy and great service!

We were driving from Northern Utah to Boise and we thought we were having alignment issues with the car. We stopped by Just A Duck and he was so kind! Took our car for a drive to see if there were issues and it turned out the Lane assist is what was steering our car to the right🤦🏼‍♀️it seemed so silly but he was so understanding, kind, patient and taught me how to turn off the LKAS. I will definitely stop by here again if I'm in the area with car issues!

I can't say enough about these folks! When my Chevy Blazer broke down near Snowville they went above and beyond to diagnose the problems and then they towed me all the way to my destination for much less than any tow truck company would have charged (it was not a short distance). I'm not happy my car broke down but I feel really fortunate that I found these guys to help me. Good, honest people.

I was on a road trip down to Utah and I stopped for gas. After filling up on gas I went to start up my car again and to my surprise, my car did not start up. My ignition was making a clicking sound but not starting up my engine. Being far from home and in a place I’ve never been, I searched for nearby mechanics or places that could help me try and fix this issue. I found a place called Just A Duck Services and gave them a call. I explained to them my situation and he diagnosed my issue over the phone and met me at the gas station where my car was. When they arrived it was only about 2 minutes until my ignition was fixed and ready to go with no charge. Because of him I was able to make it to my brother’s house in Utah! Very grateful for this amazing service!
