Just Right Auto Repair

Brought my son's '14 silverado here for a new transmission to be installed. Got the vehicle in & taken care of right away. Truck did come out with a exhaust leak, which we returned the following morning for. An attempt to fix that morning was made but wasn't something quick & required more in depth work. Scheduled to have the work completed & when they did. They went above & beyond the scope of the leak in question to make a customer happy. Great service from the beginning to end.

They would fix my parents cars growing up, friendly group of people plus you’d always be a short distance to home. So it wouldn’t matter if your car broke down, win win. It’s just right and that’s all that matters.

Lindley identified that the major transmission repair we were coming to him for was actually covered under an extended warranty by Honda for their 2018 Pilots and advised that we could get the repair done for free at a Honda dealership! Saved us thousands of dollars! And…he pointed out the problem was covered when a Honda dealership in CT — we were on travel when the problem first showed up — had failed to tell us.
