Just Tires and Auto Service

I do not recommend this place. I had a very bad experience with their service. I have come here several times in the past to change tires and never had a problem before. On my last visit, I asked the technician to replace the lug nuts on my wheels because the old ones were worn out. I even bought the new lug nuts and only asked him to install them. Unfortunately, they were not properly tightened. While driving later, I lost two lug nuts and the internal thread was damaged because of that. When I came back to explain the situation and try to resolve the issue, the employee simply told me that he did not do the service. The woman at the front desk also said there was no record of my visit, which makes no sense because I have paid here multiple times with my card and they usually ask for m

I’ve been to this location three times now, and even though I live in Boca Raton, I don’t go anywhere else. The staff is always great, the service is consistently good, and Steve is amazing! They’ve patched my tires twice and replaced another, and I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time to purchase new tires in the future. Highly recommend this place!

Everyone here is very knowledgeable, especially the woman that answers the phones. She knows everything about mechanics and it’s amazing. We get a great value with very small prices and low wait times.

I meet the owner today. She was very nice lady. The two technicians that worked on my truck were very appreciative for bringing them my business. Very fast service.
