Just Tires

Even after setting an appointment for 2:00 p.m. I watched another customer come in around 2:30 to get all of her tires checked.(no appointment) I only had a problem with one tire. This customer was served before me and was notified that her car was ready by a mechanic. My problem was a small nail in a practically brand new tire. I estimate it took the mechanic thirty minutes to make this minor repair. I was not notified by a mechanic that my car was ready, I knew only because I looked outside and saw that it was parked at the store front. I finally checked out around 4:30 p.m..

I brought my car in for a tire to be installed because of a flat that I had earlier that afternoon on the way back from work. I talked to the asst manager that was on duty; no problem.... they had the exact tire and only one in stock. Should take 30 mins or so. I handed my keys over. I walked to the Mexican resturaunt nextdoor to meet my wife and son and maybe salvage a rough commute. Approximately 25 minutes had passed and my wife arrived; i figured I'd go check on the progress of car. Good news it was finished; they drove it out of the garage bay. The right tail light was smashed in so bad that the right side of the trunk had a gap. "Don't worry we'll make it right", I was told. Just Tires just had to plug a tire & then my ABS light & 2 other lights came on that was not on before taking it to them. Do not ever go there. This is not 2st time something went wrong with my car. But I thought how can they mess up with just plugging a tire. Well they did & would not own up to it. Is that how they need to get customers to come back. I say run from that place as fast as you can. If I could give them a zero I would.

It makes me give a star.. I wouldn’t I bought a set of tires and had this store put them on for me. I asked the guy if it was possible for them to do he assured me he could do it. They put the tires on and balanced them did not mention anything but it was ready. Got the truck back drove it 7 miles home had slight vibration so I called back Monday morning and brought it back in Tuesday afternoon and was told my wheel was bent. I took my truck to David loud in raleigh. They balanced my tires with zero vibrations and was cheaper that this place was. $235 was wasted and the store could careless.

I had a bad plug in my tire & they absolutely took care of me. Very professional & helpful.
