Just Tires - Gaithersburg

This is the worst tire place in the area. A bunch of liars and lazy people. My purchase was back when they had the 30 minute tire guarantee. Took them over 1 to replace 1 tire. I told the manager that it was over 30 minutes and the service is free. He said No because I had an alloy rim and they had to be careful not to scratch it, so it does not apply to the guarantee. I said what are you talking about? My car was sitting unattended for 55 minutes. I saw when the guy actually started working on the car, and it only took him 5 minutes to change the tire. Anyway, they did not honor their guarantee. Go somewhere else for your tires. There are too many options our there to have to deal with this shady service.
