Just Tires

I had a pretty mixed experience at Just Tires. On the positive side, they were able to get me new tires at a really good price, which I appreciated. That said, the process took much longer than expected and I ended up waiting there quite a while. On top of that, my rims were damaged during the install, which was really frustrating because you expect your wheels to come back in the same condition. Overall, the pricing was good, but the long wait and the damage to my rims definitely took away from the experience. I’d suggest checking your wheels carefully before and after service.

Got an alignment done by Zach and Dom at Just Tires, Lake Zurich—great service all around. Quick, professional, and the car drives way better now. Definitely recommend!

I recently took my car in and was greeted and helped by Zach and my experience was fantastic! I’m not really a car person and he made things easy for me. Even with custom wheels and wide tires on my race car, I’m always know that Jay and his team will do the job right and I’m never worried about scratched rims or mistakes like I’ve seen other shops make. I had a nail repair done on my car, and the service was excellent. Although it was a simple repair, it required alignment and balancing. The car was a joy to drive. Fair price, fast work, and excellent service.
