I’ve been going to the shop for years with many cars. I have been back 3 times since my new shocks and struts and tires complaining about a thump thump thump when my car rolls. Their pro goes riding with me and he says he can’t hear anything and I said I hear all of it. I said you need to drive on this side of the car and he won’t drive my car and tells me I have an old car and that’s expected. I told him not so. I’m not thoroughly impressed anymore as I had my mechanic come over and do some work on my car and found that my shocks were leaking as they use really cheap garbage shocks and struts that only lasted a year and a half and it cost me $2100 now I’m going back and paying my own mechanic to put OEM parts on my van and it cost less so I don’t have the same problem with the cupping of

It was my boyfriend’s, our daughter’s, and my first time getting new tires, and Bruce made the whole experience so easy. He was incredibly professional and even helped keep our daughter entertained while we waited. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I booked an appointment online with JustTire yesterday for a 10:00 AM oil change. I arrived five minutes early and handed over my car. By 10:45, I noticed that no one had even moved my car from the parking lot. I had to follow up myself, and about 10 minutes later, they finally told me they didn’t have time to do the job as all their racks were full. I said I had an appointment and asked why they didn’t respect their customers’ time. In the end, they basically told me to go somewhere else if I wanted the work done. I’ll be writing a review to explain all of this, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This was my last time dealing with JustTire.
