Justins RV's

We bought a truck from Justin’s lot after looking at several others and finding this one to be the best within our budget. The transaction was smooth and quick. Pictures of the vehicle matched what we saw in person. Justin was very communicative throughout the whole process and even coordinated a convenient time and place for us to transfer the title, several days earlier than promised at time of purchase. Both Justin and the other gentleman helping us with our purchase seemed genuine, honest, and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Justin’s RVs again.

I was impressed with Justin RV when I made a decision to buy a trailer. The lady that waited on me was so nice and the man who delivers the trailer came out and gave us some information. However once I purchased the trailer and waited for delivery, I received no calls. They promised delivery on a Saturday and I only found out they would not deliver then when I called to find out the Time. They never called me back. They said people were sick, only found that out when my son-in-law called because I couldn't reach them. Finally my daughter was connected to Justin Sr and after over 20 days I received my trailer and to this day noone has called to apologize . Some good people work there but customer service and organization is very poor.

We just found out that we bought a trailer from them that has a lien on it!!! We never got the title and are unable to obtain a lost title without paying off the previous owners $11,000 debt! DO NOT go here or you will legitimately be scammed

Traded my 32 foot fifth wheel in on a 13 foot travel trailer. He assured me they had gone through it and it was in good shape. I am an 80 year old widow and small. So when I viewed it it looked fine. However when he delivered it to me the neighbors noticed dry rot by the door. I phoned him and he offered me $1000 refund. However, when I moved the table the leg went through the floor. I then noticed the whole floor was dry rot. When I placed things under the sink ther was plumbing material so repairs had been done to the plumbing which probably was leaking and caused the dry rot. Justin was more than likely because of the repairs quite aware of the dry rot. Also he gave me a dead house battery. Beware this is not an honest salesman and owner of an RV lot. I have not signed the title yet nor

Very unhappy. Do not purchase without an impartial third party total inspection. They took out the water pump entirely and bypassed it. They sold us a FULL TANK OF OTHER PEOPLE'S FECES. Entire slide out floor was rotted out. Left battery sliding around totally unsecured. Only two lights actually work out of 22. Stereo/DVD player totally dead. Fresh water tank full of swampy water. The only reason we didn't return is because they already sold our trade in and a law suit would be throwing good money after bad. They are really nice and assure you everything is "gone over from top to bottom and we fix anything we find" but look elsewhere.
