JV Repair

Certain outstanding people and their businesses demand more recognition than a 5-star review can give, so allow me to tell a brief story: While trying to get home to Idaho my usually trustworthy Jeep blew its harmonic balancer outside McDermit, Nevada. I called JV Repair for a tow to Winnemucca and the owner-operator, Shawn Johnson, arrived from somewhere beyond Jordan Valley with a flatbed exactly when he said he would. The shoulder where my truck came to a halt had a fair amount of slope to it, but Shawn was able to winch me out onto the flatbed safely and efficiently. I then enjoyed the better part of a 2-hour drive to Winnemucca with Shawn talking all things car and truck related. I was minding my business and not paying attention to the junction and missed the turn to 95 North and then I realized I was almost out of gas. Pulled over in Basque, Oregon. Made multiple phone calls to different gas stations (without help) I then found JV repair. One of the nicest ladies and most understanding drove out of her way to bring me 5 gallons of gas and then let me follow her back into Rome where I filled up and made it home. Thank you so much for helping me out, especially over Labor Day weekend. You and your family are wonderful.
