I had an excellent experience with JVR Auto & Performance while getting my Dodge Durango serviced. The team was incredibly honest about the repairs needed and made the entire process easy to understand. Communication was seamless, and I felt valued as a customer. A special shout-out to Patty, who is a wonderful and helpful. Just speaking with her on the phone gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about. The team at JVR are excellent. They got me up and running in a short amount of time, fair, honest and reasonable. They are very thorough with diagnosis, reports, using photos and videos, which can be comforting for anyone, especially those who can only take people's word for it. Highly recommend and will be back for anything I need, but hopefully not anytime soon!

We have used JVR for years, and never been disappointed. Our Volvo has been kept in fine working condition by their excellent mechanics, and we only go to the dealer if it is absolutely necessary. Our Kia, after the undercarriage was damaged after a slide, was substantially repaired-- John and Patty went many extra miles to source parts and to keep us informed, and to do their best for our budget. This is a wonderful shop!

Bravo. Patty and her team went over and above the call of duty last Thursday morning. I was leaving for Kennedy airport and my car was dead. I proceeded to take an Uber to Kennedy airport when I got to my destination I called her she sent someone to my home, started and brought my car. To the shop did the repairs and I’m ready to use it when I get back from my trip 100% plus again bravo
