Jon was driving by and saw I was stuck in snow/ ice. He pulled out my car in a matter of minutes and would not take any payment. He is an amazing person and I’m so grateful for his help. If you need a tow, I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Jon!!

I was driving in snowy and slippery conditions and slid off the road on N. Manlius road the day after New Year’s, called the Auto Club and they said they could get there in 2.5 hours. The Manlius police arrived and called Jonathan of JZ Towing and Recovery and he was there in 20 minutes. He did a masterful job of pulling my car out of the snowbank and I was truly impressed by his skill, patience, care for me and my car and would highly recommend JZ Towing anytime. You’ll be glad you did!

With the heavy snowfall over the last 24hours, I ended up getting stuck at the end of my driveway and needed just a little help. All 4 tires were spinning and everything I tried failed. This towing company was amazing! I called and even though they were on a job and had to finish, they still got to me within 20 minutes. It took maybe 10 minutes at most to pull me out. I expected to pay at least $75, if not more, for the help and for their promptness. But, they were just happy to help someone in their community that needed some support and didn't even charge me. I will definitely go to them first for any future towing needs or assistance. Excellent service and a very valued part of our community.

He is so patient and so helpful! Took his time to help my son and I with my son’s car! Very knowledgeable!! I’d recommend him to anybody!! Such a kind soul!

I called him at 4am & he immediately picked up the phone . He arrived at 4:30am on the side of the highway where I had hydroplaned and crashed. Absolutely the BEST tow experience I have EVER seen or heard of!!! If you need help I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!
