K & B Performance

Just left K&B Performance. I have to admit, I’ve never felt more comfortable in a mechanic shop. Kevin and his crew are as honest and professional as they come. They are also very insightful and willing to give advice on what is needed without trying to force you into more work. This place is slammed with work, I see why. If you need any service done….id highly suggest K&B. Very impressive. Good job to the owner and his crew.

Southern hospitality- it doesn’t get better than this. There are great folks in the world! We were driving from North Carolina back home to Wisconsin - At 630pm, on a Friday night- we had brake light come on. We checked what we knew could he the problem (fluid, switch, etc.) but nervous to get back on road until a professional looked. We were calling, driving around seeing what we could find. No one was open until Saturday- We saw a couple guys in this garage, not knowing it was actually a business. My husband asked them a couple questions and they said to try a couple things And nothing changed the light was still on. The mechanic told us to give him five minutes and he would scan it for us. I was experiencing a persistent check engine light and brought my car to K and B Performance. I was impressed with their diagnostic approach they used a smoke test to accurately locate the problem. The repair was done promptly, and I really appreciated that they didn't waste any time getting my car back to me. On top of the quick turnaround, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be a returning customer!

I was visiting family in Bluefield when I was having an oil leak after just having oil changed the morning we left Alabama. Chose k and B due to the amazing reviews and they didn't disappoint. Found the issue and fixed and the bill was reasonable. I am glad the city I grew up with have knowledgeable and fair mechanics.

This is an old school repair shop with qualified mechanics and quality tire service. I think it would be hard to beat their prices and I trust them with my family vehicles as my life depends on it. These guys go beyond normal repair work and look further to keep you on the road. 10/10 would recommend
