Start off here by saying that this business is so above and beyond for customer service! We were traveling through with our little motorhome and experienced tire issues. A flat on the inside dual tire and under inflated outer tire. We pulled in at the outlet area in lake George area and made a call to our insurance company for help. They in turn got in touch with Matt’s/JKSterns Towing. Less than an hour later we had help. Repair guy Mike had tire changed and ready for us to drive in about 20 minutes. We then went to their shop in Wilton to get a valve stem replaced on the flat so we could have a spare tire for the rest of our trip home. That was done in a very timely manner. This company really took care of us. But we wanted to write a review to mention the driver Josh. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about our vehicle and how to tow it. He also went out of his way to answer questions and concerns we had. He went above and beyond and we were truly grateful for how he handled everything. Thank you Josh!!
