The quality of work and customer service is definitely subpar,. They are more concerned with finding additional problems with your vehicle versus repairs that you are requesting. My husband and I have had are vehicles serviced here. Recently, I had my brakes repaired and after picking up my vehicle the brake light remained on and my brakes squeal louder than they did before repaired. I ended up having BMW replace my brakes after poor customer service when I called to complain about my service. My husband had multiple services at once totaling $4800+ on his truck, when it was returned to him he noticed that the work was sloppy. These gentlemen saved me 800$ and from getting absolutely scammed by another shop that LIED about my valve cover gasket needing replaced- when it wasn’t even the issue and these guys found the real problem and took care of it affordably and rather quickly. They also did an inspection and quote on a persistent issue I’ve had with my lights so I can prepare for getting that replaced in the future with them! This is where I would recommend anyone get work done! And pre purchase inspections for sure! They’re honest, kind and good on time!

Inscrutably honest. I have used them for years and they have always been fair, honest and doing great by my car. They are under new management and it seem they are holding on to that same ethos. I took my car in for a slow leak in a tire. The leak was in the sidewall and could not be repaired. They removed the tire and spent about 20 minutes looking for the leak before letting me know they could not fix it. They refused to take my money which I felt they had earned. Good people

I was in town visiting and ran into car trouble right before closing time. These guys went above and beyond to help me out—they topped off my oil and coolant, checked everything over, and had me safely back on the road within 30 minutes of closing. Their honesty and willingness to lend a hand at the last minute did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend to anyone local or just passing through!

K & M always comes through. Good guys and straight shooters. I live in Lavista Park and have had them do repair work on my family’s vehicles for over 25 years. My daughter took her Jeep in for an oil pressure sensor replacement and they treated her well. They did not oversell her or rip her off like other auto places often do.
