K O Towing

SCAM! I purchased a vehicle online and the miles did not match the mileage that was on Carfax. The mileage on Carfax was 150k miles but the miles on the car were 109k miles. The images did not match and the engine was tampered with. I called them and they did not care although that is illegal. I spoke with others that had the experience with the online auction afterwards. PLEASE STAY AWAY! There are better auctions out there that do not scam you.

Within a matter of 5 seconds, I experienced rude customer service from whomever answered the phone at the front desk. I was trying to help a older lady find out if her vehicle was towed or not. I called to see if they were able to tell me if the vehicle was at their tow yard with just the make and model. The front desk lady immediately got an attitude and started speaking in an aggressive manner. I am only giving 2 stars because she did answer the phone promptly.

Justin is the best and most professional driver I’ve had the pleasure of working with in this industry and I’ve been a service advisor for over 6 years. If you need anything towed call and request Justin!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Jessica at the front office was extremely rude and unprofessional. All I asked for was an explanation, and instead of providing a clear answer, she was dismissive and disrespectful. Thankfully, the driver, Jimmy, took the time to explain the situation and was polite and helpful — which is all I was asking for in the first place. Because of Jessica’s behavior, you’ve lost our business.
