Had a flat tire during my roadtrip and didn't have the equipment to change the wheel but the mechanic was very helpful and changed it free of charge! He was also very helpful as he explained how it works in such situations with rental cars, as it was my first time renting a car in the US. Overall he was a super nice guy! I wish we had that quality of customer service in Switzerland!

Had a clunking noise on my 2012 Mazda 3 and random check engine light come on and off again. They fixed it incredibly quickly, just a couple of hours after dropoff! They kept it to a very simple fix and didn't try to upsell me on anything like most mechanic shops seem to do. 11/10 recommend and will bring both vehicles here from now on while we are in the Springs. Also, David at the front desk is fantastic, great memory with names, and makes you feel as if you're walking in to chat with an old friend!

I moved to the neighborhood a year ago and looked for a near by garage and I'm so happy I found K & S Automotive! I 1st asked for some help with my vintage race car - no problem, fixed at a reasonable cost. Next was a A/C service on my 2017 Jeep and the quote was over $100 less than the dealership and ended up being less than that because not as much work was needed - that is a refreshing level of honesty in today's world and much appreciated. In over 40 years of experience with many auto service shops I have to say my experience with K & S has been the best ever.
