K & S Car Wash

i love the cool lights (even though there are fewer now). the dryer used to be better but it gets the job done, so i consider it a little overpriced

First, why are you still going here with the amount of more upgraded car washes in Auburn? Today, I had the pleasure of coming across the very young owner, or that’s how he introduced his self, when I was almost hit with my 14 week child in my vehicle. Instead of the owner trying to figure out what was going on, he resulted to threatening to fight and remove me from his property and then proceeded to tell me to go eat a hamburger as I’m walking away and leaving as requested. Sad display from a business with such a history in Auburn, do better. The guy who claimed he was the owner was some shorter 5’9” - 5’10” skinny guy who came up shaking and yelling. If he isn’t the owner, please give him a reminder on customer service.

Well I stopped in there yesterday for a quick wash for my Jeep before I bring it to the mechanic shop

This car wash is the BEST of the BEST!! No other car wash gives such great options ! Great unlimited packages, great drying, great service great vacuuming, great All!! If you love your vehicle & want to keep it as cleaned , protected, & beautiful as possible , & for a great price , this is the place to go!! & for the person who is so hard to find a gift for , a K&S gift card will always be appreciated! 😊💙💙🫧🫧

They tried to send my car through with a popped tire. Ended up ruining the tire and the rim. Very poor customer service from management, In response to your reply , there was no one insisting that a tow truck was called in fact it wasn’t even mentioned. Also Jason was very helpful and offered to pump up my tire. And as you said I did pop my tire at the island. The set back of your payment machine was significantly farther back than auburn car wash where I went immediately after my tire was repaired. You had an opportunity to satisfy a customer. And chose not to do so. I did not ask for you to cover the full expense of tire repair. I realize that there was culpability on both sides. You decided that you had no responsibility and then I mentioned contacting my lawyer which I did. Since smal
