I brought the wife’s car in for a low tire reading. It was actually before opening but Paul the owner was there and I was able to sit in the lobby. Long story short, they put the tire through the wringer and could not find any issues as to why it had lost over 10 pounds of air. They checked everything. I guess I was there about an hour. Paul told me that they found nothing wrong but if I have any issues to please bring it back. The best part after all of this, there was no charge. The gentleman that work up front and the mechanics I have had the pleasure of meeting are all professional and very friendly. Not like a lot of other places where all they want is your money. Ive had nothing but great things to report since bringing my cars to Kabillion. They are responsive, honest, and resonably priced. My work truck was just in and they repaired what needed repair or maintenance and made note for future items that werent urgent today but was important to document and focus on in the near future. I appreciate the honesty and explanation of what was needed now and what could be done at a later date.

I admit it, i bought a jeep..... i know i know!!! thankfully we still have amazing shops like this willing to work on my mistakes... I was refused by a well known dealer in Marshfield... rhymes with twerk.... Kabilians (the 3rd mechanic for basically the same issue) finally addressed the issues ive been trying to get fixed for 3 years!! They have a new forever client and i promise the next one one be a jeep is you let me stay!

Had another exceptional experience at KCK - oil change, winter overhaul, and took our ebike bike rack off. Received the customary friendly, quick, professional, and thorough service. Thank you Paul and team. After 25+ years, you never disappoint!
