I have used Kackleberry Automotive for a while now. He is up front and honest with his pricing and if any issues come up while he has our vehicle he lets us know what it is and asks first if we want to proceed or hold off. Very calm atmosphere to his workplace. We had to have an engine replaced and he did NOT give us the run around with any of it. Very polite and helpful and we will be using him as our main mechanic from now on!

My son’s truck “made a loud noise” and a started smoking on the way to school a week-ish ago. I called and spoke with Adam. He came out super quick to get it picked up to figure out the problem. He called me back with the diagnosis - and explained the options and pricing. He answered all my questions and recommended a plan. He also connected me with another vendor on some key work that I needed done. For this repair, I received a quote via text and decided how to proceed.
