Worked out a deal with the Kaisers, committed to buy, wired the money to a family member that would be picking it up the next day, then got a text that night saying they were going to sell to another customer for $500 more than we had agreed on. I showed proof that i had sent the money and they gave me their word they would not sell to someone else. Ultimately they chose to go back on their word. Beware.
