I was in a pinch and needed a new battery for my hybrid car. Called AAA and they jumped my car but don't carry batteries for hybrids. So I went to Auto Zone, left my car running, and bought a battery only to find out they don't install them. I remembered seeing Kaiser Auto Repair so I drove over there and they took care of me right away. I was very impressed with their service and the fact that all this happened two hours before the snow started falling! I will definitely use Kaiser for my auto services from now on! I was able to get this done and my car safely back in the garage to ride out the snow storm. Thank you Kaiser!

Let me tell you about Kaiser’s! First of all, Zeke is the bestest! He will get you scheduled, answer any questions you have, and call or text you back if need be. John, well, I can’t say enough great things about him. He is not only knowledgeable but explains it so you understand. They don’t nickel and dime you. They take care of their customers. We have been with Kaisers, I don’t even know how many years. We take all 3 of our cars and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest shop. No, we aren’t related… but this group of guys is the best. Give them a try, you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Ever since I bought my Tesla in 2018, I trusted Kaiser with knowing how to handle tire repairs or rotations. (In the past there were few trained for working on electric vehicles) Now I bring my model 3 in for tire rotations, tire leaks or new tires. Once I purchased my new tires from Kaiser I also got free rotations every 5K miles. I trust their recommendations and service. If there’s a cost difference in finding a cheaper tire elsewhere, you won’t get the guarantee of great workmanship!

I came in to Kaiser around 10 am, in crisis mode as is often the case with unplanned and unexpected auto issues. I was greeted warmly, as usual. I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!
