Kaizen did an amazing job on my car! They gave it back very clean as well. They were quick in getting the repairs done and the quality of work was excellent! The ladies in the office are phenomenal and so helpful and all around the nicest people!! Kaizen is #1 for me and I will always recommend them to anyone! Thank you all so much ❤️

Check my car to Kaizen after a fender bender and was very pleased with customer service and service on my vehicle. Vehicle was left in sparkling condition when I picked up. I highly recommend them.

Could have been better. Lots of things they missed on my Avalanche. Driver side rear door won't lock, doesn't turn on light when opened. Some small things I guess I will have to pay someone else to fix what Sudden Impact started. The Body work was top-notch, though...

Brought my car here after a car accident & I honestly couldn’t express how thankful I was because it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Everything was intact & in perfect conditions. An idiot from Staples truck backed up into my pick up truck on a one way Street and damaged my rim and blew out my tire, and also dented the bumper. Kaizen kept me informed every step of the way through the process of when the repair began and so on, and now my truck is repaired and the staff was friendly.
