Kaizen Collision Center - Loveland

Just save yourself time if your vehicle is over 20 years old. Heck ...I was told before they even looked at my vehicle they couldn't get parts. 98 Toyota Tacoma just needed bumper replaced and dent on left rear corner to be repaired. They call themselves a collision center; but, they are selective or just not capable of repairing a left rear bumper imact. I explained that I already verified that the rear bumper part was located. Well it is what it is....just thought I would save someone else "time".

When we got the estimate we were told it would take 2 days for the repair. We dropped it off on Monday, 12/15. I had to call on Friday, 12/19 to see if it was ready yet. I was told it was ready early, it wasn't supposed to be done until Tuesday. I was never called and updated about anything with the repair, so this was news to me. Also, when we talked to Steven initially about the repair, we expressed concern that the insurance company wanted to total the car. We were worried about the amount of the repair going over the 75 percent of the car value. When we brought the car in for repair, the estimate was $1918.12, so we knew we were OK with the repair. When we picked up the car, many extra parts had been replaced WITHOUT our knowledge and the total ended up at $3852.23. DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE

Steven at Kaizen Collision was fantastic to work with throughout my repair process; he communicated clearly and honestly every step of the way, kept me updated on timelines, answered all my questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and straightforward, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and transparency while getting my vehicle repaired!

I decided to use Kaizen to repair one of our vehicles recently instead of my usual repair shop. I was NOT disappointed! Their employees were very professional and courteous, the customer service was excellent, and the repair job was perfect and ahead of schedule. Moreover, they worked seamlessly with our insurance provider, USAA. I can't recommend enough.

Awesome place and great people. The receptionist was so sweet. I needed someone to look at fixing a trim piece on my pickup, and obtain an estimate if they could fix it. She politely said I would need an appointment, they were short staffed. Before I could leave, Dusty (can't remember his title, but I believe a partner) heard our conversation and came out of his office and offered to look. He not only looked, but asked for my keys and repaired it at no cost. It might have been an easy fix, but to me it was a huge gesture. Thank you, I will be back should I ever need a repair again. One place I checked wanted $30, and an appointment just to look. Thank you guys!! You made my week ☺️
