Kaizen Collision Center - Orange

Well this is not my first review of Kaizen Collision Center, Orange. A couple of years ago I had a not so great experience with them thanks to an ex employee who jerked me around for years. I swore them off, and moved on. That was then this is now. After two years, I felt my bad review stayed up long enough. Instead of just deleting the review , I wanted to see if they could somehow redeem the horrible service I received from the previous management. I had just purchased a BMW K1300GT that had been dropped a few times and scraped up. I thought what a perfect opportunity to have them resprayed. Under the new management of Fernando, they definitely came through for me! The panels look like brand new! The color matching is perfect! Under this new management I would definitely recommend Kai

I had body work repaired and my wheels painted. My car looks brand new. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service outstanding. I would highly recommend Kaizen for your collision repair.

First time being at this shop. Alejandro at front desk was great with follow up from beginning to end. She kept me updated. It was processed through my insurance and I felt like I was in great hands. The job got done in 5 days. I was so impressed. Fernando who managed repair was amazing! He went above and beyond and I was very happy with how my car returned to me. He is thorough and made the process easy. I love the notifications texts that kept me in the loop too. Kaizen is top notch!

After three accidents, I can honestly say: where you take your car really matters. Each time, our insurance recommended Kaizen Collision, and each time they went above and beyond. The work is excellent, the car always comes back looking great (and even cleaned!), and the communication is consistent and reassuring. No one wants to be in this situation, but if you are, I can confidently say Kaizen Collision will take care of you. They are our first choice, every time.
