I inquired multiple times over the phone about a 2018 Lexus RX450hL they had for sale. From the online photos, I noticed a stain on one of the rear leather seats and tape holding up a cup holder. When I asked about these issues, I was assured there were no stains, no tape, and that the vehicle was in “great” cosmetic condition. I drove hours to see the car in person, only to be immediately disappointed. The first thing the salesperson told me was that the price was firm because it was already discounted due to cosmetic imperfections. After Negotiations he was able to have my truck ready the next day. Due my own express need. The Warranty with it was top notch. I gave this mechanic shop a second shot after a rough first go. I’m very glad I did. Steve C made sure I was comfortable waiting for my vehicle to be ready during a big job. I really appreciated them walking me to my car in their shop to show me what was going wrong, so I could see it with my own eyes and know what’s going on. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after their excellent tire installation and honesty. It's rare to find honesty nowadays. They informed me that while installing my tires, they ran over a bolt. They ordered a replacement and installed it free of charge. I will keep returning to this business and recommend it to friends and family.
