Kangaroo Towing

Bobby from this company was one of the nicest most helpful people I've ever met. He referred me to someone and they were going to charge an outrageous amount. Later Bobby called me to make sure I got ahold of the guy and I told him he charged to much and he said he was sorry he will be right there and do it for a fraction of the price. At the time I was short on cash so I told him if I can't get it I'll give ya a holler. Well I called the next morning on my way to unlock my little brothers car while he was at work and asked him if I couldn't get it unlocked could he come by. He said I'm in the area I'll be right there. He was there before I was and got the keys out and didn't even ask for a dollar literally did it for free. Didn't ask for anything. These guys were awesome! They respond within 45 minutes when we had to switch out our RV tire while traveling back home to San Antonio. They were kind and made sure our tire was set correctly before leaving. Most of all, they donated proceeds to help buy RV's to homeless veterans. If you are ever stuck out in the Minerals Wells area. Give them a call. When everyone else was going to take 2 to 3 hours, they were happy to get us back on the road!!

I ran out of fuel in an 18 wheeler in Weatherford so I done a google search and found kangaroo towing so I called and talked to Bobby and he came quickly with diesel and one jug wasn't enough to get it cranked. He had to go back 3 more times before my truck finally cranked meanwhile him and his wife doing everything they can to help out. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any services they do. I will only call them if I'm in there area again and have any problems. Great people not many would've done what they done for me especially for what they charged. Very very reasonable!!!!!!

After spending all afternoon and evening at the hospital, tired and anxious to get home, came outside to find a dead battery. Who would have thought that after 5 years it would do that?. So now.. who should I call... quick google search pulled up "Kangaroo Towing"... I gave them a call and ten minutes later they were there. Wow... impressive.. before jumping off the Jeep the battery was checked.. sure enough... faulty. The jump took all of an extra 5 minutes and I was ready to go... the bill?? ... now get this... they gave me a discount because I had my own jumpers.. I would have been happy to pay the full amount and offered, but they insisted on the discount. Hopefully my new battery will last another 5 years, but if not.. I know who I'll be calling.

I was referred to this place from a bunch of neighbors. I'm having car issues and Bobby was very nice and professional. He he is honest and very nice. We be keeping his card on hand at all times for the future. He gave me a number for a mechanic that will come to me. How awesome. 100000 stars. Thanks for being so nice and respectful!!!
