I took my box truck in because it was dog tracking, I made a appointment first when i spoke with the attendant/receptionist she quoted me a price to fix the problem when I arrived i was met with great attitudes and perfect professionalism! It seem like everyone is came in contact including the technician was kind and courteous and the price that I was quoted was spot on and affordable! I left with a smile on my face, a fixed truck and my wallet was still in tact. These people are Great they deserve 10 stars!! Took our Big Fellas’ trailer into Kankakee Spring & Alignment after a little mishap that required an axle replacement, and once again they absolutely delivered. Their staff is super friendly, upfront, honest, and genuinely easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way and were incredibly accommodating—letting me access the trailer even while they were waiting on parts to come in. If you need any work done—repairs, alignment, suspension, axles—I highly recommend them. I’ve been using them for a while now, and it’s always a great experience, fair pricing, and service you can trust. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend brought his F-150 in to get his exhaust and spring leaf fixed. It was quick and very affordable. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend trying this place out. (It also definitelyyy beats a dealerships pricing. 😅)

These guys are fantastic. A while back, I brought a knuckle in from an old K10 to have the ball joints pressed out and in. We ran into a few issues with the ball joints being installed opposite (bottom on top, vise versa) and then having issues with the upper ball joint loosening during instalation of the knuckle, but they went above and beyond fixing any issues. They proved their integrity, which is why I didn't hesitate to bring in the other knuckle when I had the time. These guys have gained my business, and I trust them to do it right, or at least have integrity to make it right.

Had a snapped leaf spring on our travel trailer traveling through. Call them up they first told me they could walk me through fixing it but as soon as they realized I had no idea what I was doing they helped me get it to them and then did the work. They were able to replace all four leaf springs which were also about to go within 2 hours of me getting there and get us back on the road the same day. So nice so amazing absolutely blessed to have found them. You know when you find a place that's not taking advantage of you and does fantastic luck. I'm only sad that we don't live closer to them to do all my work
