Kansasland Tire and Service

I went to get alignment and was told I needed other stuff done to my car. That's not what I went for and they couldn't even do my alignment they would have to order parts. Not a organized company.I had apt today and expected to get services i needed.

If i could leave negative stars I would. Never trust this company. When they break your stuff they will not replace what they broke. Terrible human beings. Went in with all my tire studs and bolts left minus a tire stud. They torqued the tire stud to tight and ripped my tire stud in half. Their words "sorry we can't fix it. Somebody must have put in on too tight but we cannot fix it. Goodluck on getting it fixed try the honda dealership" I then asked if they were going to pay to replace what broke when taking a bolt off that was fine when brought to them. Their response was "no because it must have been wearing out so it's not our fault". I found out its $900 for a whole new assembly. My "low tire" light went off 20 miles into my 26 mile commute into Garden City for a day of appointments and shopping. The crew at Kansasland got us in, repaired my tire, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. Their waiting room was clean, bright, and comfortable. What could have felt like a terrible ordeal felt easy and fairly priced. They are efficient and practice top notch customer service.

Quick service and great people. Thank you Devin for helping us out. We had a fully loaded trailer with a tire showing its rear end( aka steel belt). They had it replaced and us back on the road in no time.

Customer service is bad front desk Has no respect for customers.
