Friendly staff. The pictures and the information about their cars are misleading. We looked at a vehicle that was listed as only having 2 owners on the website. The Carfax presented by the salesperson identified 3 owners. My guess is that that were not counting themselves. Also, the pictures hid the actual vehicle condition. The driver's side view showed a nice dash with no cover. The car was provided with a carpet dash cover to hide the torn apart dash on the passenger side. The pictures of the driver's side, unless you zoom in, do not show how rough the car is. For example, the mirror has two chunks out of it. This vehicle also appeared to have been in more than one accident. Additionally, the engine was covered in dirt and grease from sloppy repair "technicians". All in all, I w

So glad I followed through with looking at the car that I wanted for my parents. It turned out it was perfect. The process was very easy and we were well taken care of by father and son.There was no pressure put upon us and they make sure that we were satisfied before we drove off. My parents and I are very happy. Raphael and ramil are very kind people. If you see a car you like it's worth a look, they have good deals.

Purchased a 2012 mazda5. Not often you find a manual minivan. I wish the fb post said a bit more about the condition of the car (e.g., faded hood and other cosmetic items), however the price was really good and reflected the car's condition. The place is smaller than you'd expect, just a parking lot shared with other businesses in the industrial plaza and a small office. It's a family run business with the son being the main face. Nice Filipino family. They were very welcoming and even had a spot in the back for me to nurse my baby. Ramil was patient and not pushy. Answered all our questions and let us stay as long as we needed to finish paperwork and get in touch with our insurance company. Their window sign says appointment only, so i would definitely give them a call before stopping by.

This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. Ramil was so amazing and personable, very down to earth, but utmost very business-like. I called on a Thursday evening at around 8pm, and I was expecting to get an answering machine when I called and for someone to call back the next day, but he still answered the phone! He made plans and an appointment for me to see the car the next day on a Saturday. He sent me that address and I originally planned on being there around 1pm, but I live in the Northeastern foothills so it was quite a drive and traffic was a parking lot from Tracy all the way to San Jose...I was late of course, but when I got there he was understanding, very kind, & let me check the car out all on my own... wasn't pushy, wanted me to take the car on the highway to ch

Respectful, good customer service. That being said, tried selling me a beat up, rusted up battery in a car. They seemed trustworthy at first glance, but then offered a $500 ***2- day*** *****nonrefundable***** warranty. If that does scream shady, then I don't know what is. Be wary of coming here, might be a scam.
