Charged my card 16.00 when I chose the 12.00 wash. The only reason I knew that was bc it showed up on my transactions as NYX DEACON JONES. So, I will assume it's owned by Deacon Jones next door. I don't mind paying 16.00 for my car wash, but if I choose 12.00 and get the 12.00 wash.. I don't expect to be charged 16.00 and not made aware of that. That is misleading and dishonest. So, I will not be going back to this car wash.

Car wash never has soap, 2.50 to start, some bays have weak sprayer and some vacuums don’t have normal suction. This place is not well taken care of. After this third time I will not be back

Broken sprayer today, no soap last time. No contact number for refund. Use at your own risk.

Do not waste your money. You have 4 mins and cannot extend time. I tried two different stalls with same results. There is another car wash on Berkeley so no people it isn't the best. If you only need a vacuum then this is your carwash. I also called the number for carwash issues, no answer. Not sure if it is a good number or just an unprofessional business, voicemail was hard to understand except the word Andy. Basically, mumble mumble Andy.

Vending machine said I put in only .50 after putting in 2.00 for an air freshener. Then said there was no money put in. Called the number for problems that is posted on the wall and thats not a valid number. Could of found something better to do with my time and money if i wanted to lose my money.
