Kar Kraft Body Shop

These guys are amazing and stand behind their work. I had a small issue and thought I was on my own. I called to talk to Brent and he took it personally and sent a guy 2 hrs to get the truck and bring it back to fix the problem and made it right! To top is off he delivered the truck back with a full tank of fuel. I have only great things to say about this company and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

From the view it looks like they did a great job, but a closer look shows the hood was not in place, the paint was shitty and didnt match the lights were not in place good and the hose going to my coolant was getting cut by the new fan they put in. I took it back to the shop because it smelled weird.. They had the truck over a month and said nothing was wrong. I ended up having to bring it some where else after I broke down. It then had to sit in the next shop for almost 2 months till they could get parts that Kar Kraft put in but they weren't the right parts. Kar Kraft then had to pay the 2nd shop over 3k to fix the mistakes they made.

They can't do an alignment correctly this was a new tire one month ago and aligned there...this is the results of what their "in spec" chart will tell you...they did nothing to attempt to fix this outside of hand me a piece of paper
