One of the receptionists helped me place my order over the phone. The parts were to be ready for pickup the next day. When I called to confirm my pickup another receptionist said that there was no order under my name and that the girl who helped me out was out to lunch. She would call me when she came back from her lunch. She must have had a big lunch because she never called me back. The next day, I could not get a hold of "Jane Doe" to find out what was going on with my order. I got a call (2) the following day (Saturday) around noon. I was at a kids birthday party so I didn't hear the phone when it rang. I later checked but there was no messages. I did recognize the number as the parts business. Anyhow, on Monday I called to ask about the parts and was transferred to "Jane Doe", who too

Very rude ask her one other question if bumper comes with Screws.... she got angry and hanged up on me

Horrible customer service salmara was very rude and had an attitude the whole time she was helping me. Would rather pay more money for a part then come back to this place!

The 2 girls in the front are very rude and act like the customers are their enemy its so sad.......so rude but you cant tell them anything or theyll gang up on you...........i dont recomend this place at all....

I called for one mirror lady seemed rude said call tomorrow for the part. Glad I didn't found it cheaper elsewhere.
