KAR Towing & Recovery & Repossessions

Do NOT use this company. I’m a dealer and reached out with a simple question regarding a repossession. Instead of answering professionally, the owner Antonio completely lost his temper. After the call he started sending me private messages saying he was going to find out where I live and who I am. Extremely unprofessional behavior, especially when dealing with another business in the industry. Save yourself the headache and use a different repo company.

I'm not upset that they repossessed the vehicle I'm annoyed with the fact of the zero organization of my property. Take the vehicle I defaulted on payments and the vehicle looks like it came from the junkyard lol it's not an issue. however what is annoying is I can't find anything now because they put everything inside of a black plastic bag. Can't find my insurance card can't find my one black purse like I can't find anything. I understand why would you care it's not your stuff however just be more mindful. The vehicle was taken in the middle of the night from my bf's house. Lmao the way that it looked you could have knocked up and asked to have it and I would have given you the keys. Owner is rude as hell! Speaks to you in a tone like he’s doing YOU a favor and you owe him something. I understand if the car company gave me incorrect information as far as timing BUT you don’t gotta be an ass about it. You dealing w people cars and their transportation to provide for their needs and yall just are NEVER open. It’s 230 how is the yard closed but you picking up the phone? Y’all recover cars ALL day but when you call they’re closed. The yard is always “closed”!

They reserve -5 star review. I car get town on Wednesday but to get on stuff to go to work the next appointment is next Monday. He do not allow anyone come to his businesses but they can come you my house town car without say anything to me.

My car was repossessed from my car company and I was trying to get information so that I could get my belonging out of the car and the guy who answered was very rude . I did not know about having to make an appointment and get screamed in the phone until I hung up . Very rude and disrespectful for him to say he was home at his desk and he don’t know anything . Reading previous reviews these ppl are disgusting to say the least.& I will be calling news channels to expose the disrespect ppl go through just to get their items back. I’m afraid that all of my important items will be stolen or damaged.
