I recommend no one get there car from here. I bought a 2012 Ford Edge from here. My first issue my engine needed replacing, I bought up to them something was wrong with my car before my engine blew while driving it. My child was in the car and it had to be towed to Kartown’s where my engine had to be replaced. Recently my power steering has needed more fluid, I had been putting more fluid 2 to 3 times a week. I brought it to their attention, the mechanic told me it was low but said nothing about if it needs to be fixed, no matter how many times I’ve asked they never told me an issue. Now I’m here today pushing the issue about my power steering and I’m told your not under warranty, yes I understand that but I had this problem 9 months ago, it should be a record of everything you did to my c

Ms. Francis is the best, she helped me wrap up the last half of my payments with no issues whatsoever, she was very understanding. I recommend anyone 1st time renting or nervous about it please go to her, she awesome P.S. she dont play about promised dates, so be on ya Ps and Qs 😂
