My elderly mother had been without a vehicle going on two years, and this 2010 Honda insight with 48k miles was just perfect for her. We took it on a test drive, was perfect and smooth. Anything we found that could be an issue, he was sure to fix it before we took the vehicle home. Anything we found after we took the vehicle home, he stood by his word and made it right. One small act of kindness. I was at oriellys trying to get parts when the young lady said her mechanic just walked in. Karam offered to look at my car for me fixed unfortunately today is my daughter birthday so I spent all my money on her this god sent angel still fixed my car for me. There are no words for how he made my day. I’ve spent way too much money trying to figure out why was wrong and he did it with no problem. One act of kindness just got him a client for as long as he has his shop. Thank you for your time and help on my baby’s 8th birthday. You’re absolutely amazing
