Karcher Auto Body

I’m 2 years late to this review, but had to post after my pickup was fixed by a different body shop for less than a third of what Karcher Auto Body would do it for. I was in a collision and had damage done to the driver door and rocker panel. After getting a rough estimate from the insurance appraiser of about 8 thousand dollars, I took it in to Karcher Auto to have them look at it and get me on their schedule. I provided them with the estimate from the appraiser and the guy who looked at it said they could fix it for me. I had to wait about 6 weeks until they could fix it. I brought it to them and for 2 months, I didn’t hear anything from them. I called to get an update and the receptionist said they were waiting for something from the insurance company. After having a bad experience with another shop, Karcher brought my car in and quoted me at a far more reasonable price than another shop in the valley. The team was very communicative and honest with me throughout my entire process of having my car fixed. I will always recommend Karcher in the future and will use them again if I ever have need for a shop.

My 1995 Ford Ranger was hit in the rear bed section as I was just about to exit a roundabout. Chase was able to get my Ranger in and get it fixed. He worked with me to try and keep the repair bill affordable. Karcher Auto Body did a great job putting it back to like new condition. I’m very happy with the way it turned out.

O. My. Goodness!! I cannot thank Wes and the Karcher Auto Body team for the level of ease in the repair of my vehicle. Every encounter from getting a quote to scheduling to finished product was super easy. Their kindness is absolutely noted and appreciated.

What can I say these guys did a fantastic job. Took my 2011 VW Jetta in after an accident. It took a llittle longer than I expected, but I had a rental so no rush. Plus finding parts isn't like it used to be and dealing with insurance approval takes time. The team stayed in communication along the way and customer service was on point.
