Mom just passed, after 6+ years at Karcher, and she loved being there. The competent care, warm facilities, good food, enjoyable activities and especially the personable staff all made it a terrific experience for her. Our family members were put at ease knowing that Mom was well cared for and watched over when we couldn’t be there.

Housekeeping staff are wonderful. They do a very great job in cleaning my apartment. Very courteous and friendly always ask if I’ve had a concern. Dietary staff in the dining area are helpful if you need something like vinegar for spinach the get it. Ask if you need any drinks or assistance they are very busy assisting residents. Business staff assist with financial needs are courtesy Maintenance fellows are always very busy, but will stop to help you when you need help.

Horrible place. They killed my uncle by not calling an ambulance when they should have. Having an elderly handicapped person take out there catheter and not do anything about it for hours is wrong. Maybe if the staff had family members there they would understand. They don’t care about their patients. I’ve left a review on here before. Few years back I took my uncle some sodas he has requested and he never received them.

The Building is Older and has lots of Character. Our 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath has everthing we need. Transportation & meals are provided. I enjoy the Activities & Made Many friends.
