Karfix Holland

This was my first visit to Karfix. I brought both of my cars for an oil change as well as a front to back checkup. Their appointment scheduling system was easy to use and each car was taken into the shop as soon as I arrived. The cost of each oil change was very reasonable. Each person I spoke with was courteous and professional. I look forward to using them to continue to service my cars.

From the moment I stepped into Kar Fix for an oil change I was impressed. The service was thorough and the man who helped check me in was friendly and knowledgeable. At checkout, the same man gave me information on possible future needed maintenance on my van without any sales pitch or pressure to come back in. He was genuine. I recommend Kar Fix and I will be going back for van maintenance as necessary.

My mom’s been going here before they were on Lakewood. They’ve treated her SO well and don’t take advantage since she knows nothing about cars. I went here for my first time for my oil change and the staff is great! They showed me photos of my full inspection and also “recommended” what I will need next, without trying to sell me anything! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT!

We’ve been going to Karfix for several years after being referred by a friend. The service is excellent and they give you a detail list and videos of things that need to be done. Always prompt and on time for delivery of your vehicle. Definitely recommend!

To all the ladies of Holland, this review is for you! I can't speak highly enough about the team at Karfix, from the owner Aaron, to the service advisor Daron, to the car techs (Joe, Alex) -- this team literally saved my car (and my sanity lol). I moved to Holland from out of state with my BMW. I admit, I'm that typical female driver who knows practically nothing about cars other than how to drive one (LOL). So when your car has issues, you know you're uber vulnerable and have to depend on the honesty/credibility of the car fixing experts.
