No good. When I went in to see the car and go over the numbers I was given false information. I was told for a higher down payment I would be given insurance covering the next 2 weeks. This was not true. When I came in to pick up the car I was told I needed to get my own insurance. They don’t do that for customers. After being lied to I didn’t even want the car. I was told they would change the windshield wipers and have the car detailed before pick it up. It did have new windshield wipers but the car wasn’t cleaned.it was actually dirty then before with dirt on the floors that wasn’t there before.on the was home the check engine lights started to come on. The battery light came on first. Then the flat tire light came on. Then the stop and start service light came on.. the car had no gas

Very happy with my experience at Kar Genie! They were very helpful, explained everything, and were able to get me the car i wanted! I highly recommend, the process was easy as well, some dealerships take so long, but not this one! We looked at cars, test drove a few, did financing and all paperwork in less than 3 hours! All I have to say is stop drop and immediately run to Kargenie never have I ever met a group of people who are so friendly but most importantly they truly care about their customers and want to do whatever they can to help every person who walks through their door into a car that they can afford.
