I brought in a Trailblazer SS that had water ingress into the transmission. It went into limp mode stuck in 4th gear. They took a fluid sample, told me nothing about it, advised a full replacement estimated around 7K+. I inquired as an enthusiast who pays professionals to advise me correctly, whether I could reuse the $1200 converter, as I truly didn’t know. Their exact words were “you’ll probably be alright” but when I spoke to the transmission builder with 40 years experience who I got my replacement from whether that was true, he said absolutely not & that they couldn’t possibly know unless they cut it open to inspect. Had I taken their advice to reuse it, I would have completely gambled with the 7K+ they would’ve charged me & been 15K+ into the hole at that point because they certainly

Purchased my LS3 crate engine through them and the harmonic balancer failed a year later. I called customer service and Blake went above and beyond. He called my local dealer and got the manager to agree to warranty out my balancer so i wouldn’t have to wait for shipping. 10/10 customer service, even long after my purchase.
