Karl's Auto Body

I took my car into Karl's for repair of a fender bender. Kenny & Dawn were amazing! My car looks as good as new and it was repaired in a timely manner. I would recommend Karl's Auto Body to anyone!

Kenny and Dawn are wonderful. What a great team. And Kenny fixed my car beautifully. I got hit in Morristown. There was almost $13,000 damage to the front end and he did a beautiful job. The car looks beautiful and it runs great. Anytime I called there and left a message. Dawn always return my call. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I’m writing this review before my car has been looked at and plan on writing another one later but I just wanted to say that I was hit on 287 and it was the first time I’ve ever been in an accident like that. I had to call many places and chose this one because of how amazing it was to speak with someone so nice and warm. Dawn answered my questions and was so easy to talk to after calling so many places and being talked to like a piece of garbage. I appreciated that more than I think she will ever know.

I was send to Karl's Auto Body by my insurance company. Once there Kenny and Dawn were in the front office and they took care of everyting. I couldn't speak more highly about them. Obviously they are people persons. They are not only nice, they run a very efficient operation and communication with the was a breeze. I hope I do not have to come back for obvious reasons, but I would definitely recommend their business to any of my friends. Thanks !!!

A true auto body specialist....willing to work with the Customer to provide the needed/desired services... Music to my ears "I can fix that door, we don't need to replace it." The other shops just wanted to replace, replace, replace. Thanks to Kenny & Dawn!
